Returns and refunds and Conditions complaints
In the case of returning goods and repayment to the buyer who has previously paid for some merchandise by payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Univers Co - www.trefsport.com is obliged to refund only through Visa, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank at the request of the seller, will return the funds to the account linked to the card.
Conditions and procedure for complaints are set out in the Ordinance on the resolution of consumer complaints Univers Co., which is in accordance with the conditions for trade in goods and Consumer Protection Act.
- During shipment, please check the package in the presence of courier. If it is with visible damage (torn parts and breakage) package should not be received. In this case please call us by phone at 011/3108038 or send an e-mail with your details (name, phone) to address info@universco.rs .com and specify the reason you refused to take the package. As soon as possible we will notify you on further action.
- If you have received the shipment and opened the box and found that the delivered goods ordered do not match the data in your account, please contact us at the latest within 24 hours from receiving of shipment, please call the phone number 0648213796 or send an e-mail your details (name, phone) to address info@universco.rs and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible we will notify you on further action.
- If the product you have purchased is in conflict of terms of the Consumer Protection, please proceed as defined in the ordinance on the complaint of consumers for goods purchased via the online shop, which together with the form requirements of complaints should be sent to the address info@universco.rs
