In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer is entitled, without giving reasons, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you. With the cancellation of the contract, you will be relieved of all obligations other than the obligation to pay the costs associated with sending the goods that are returned as a result of the cancellation of the contract. Your statement of withdrawal of a contract has a legal effect from the day you sent it to us.

1.    Delivered documents need to be printerd, fulfilled with needed data, signed (sign and put a stamp for legal entities) and together with the goods sent on the address you can find on the receipt you received. 2.    Package which contain returning good need to be tigthtly packed along with insulated tape.

3.    In a case of contract withdrawal returning products need to be unused, undamaged and need to have an original packaging. As a customer you don’t have any expenses provided by contract withdrawal except delivery expenses incurred by sending products on our address. We are obligated to refund your payment at the moment we received returning products as result of contract withdrawal. In order to refund your payment it is necessary that product, for which payment is being refunded, as well as filled and signed documents for product returning, be delivered on address which ONLINE operater sent you on your e-mail.  After receving confirmation the payment will refund to you on account which is mentioned in documents within 10 working days. The correctness of the data entered in the Return Document is guaranteed by your signature, ie stamp.

In case of returning goods and payment refund to the customer who previously was payed with card, partly or completely, no matter what is the reason of returning goods, TrefSport is obligated to refund payment Exclusively via VISA, EC/MC i Maestro methods of paying, which means that the bank will refund payment to the customer account at the request of the seller.
